Holiday's are always crazy busy for us going back and forth between families...we love it, but it always makes for an exciting busy time! This Christmas was no different! We had so much fun and as the little ones get older it is seriously that much more joyous! We were spoiled rotten by family and are so thankful for them and the season!

This was a last minute gift idea and I am so glad Santa brought it...it was a hit! All we heard was weeeee all day long!

Like I said in the post before we had a festive December and Christmas...Here are more pictures documenting all the fun!

Cupcake hopped up told Santa what she wanted before he could even blink...

We had such an exciting, fun, crazy Christmas and I thought before I posted all the madness I should post about a few things that we did leading up to it! Cupcake had her first Preschool Christmas performance which was so cute and a little crammed with all the parents and Grandparents in Miss Misti's house! Also my darling singing groups, Vivid Vocals, had the opportunity to perform their Christmas show a few times! They were darling and did such an amazing job!

Our Thanksgiving was fun and of course filled with lots and lots of family and food! We literally celebrated all week but we are truly grateful for all the family that we have and love so dearly!

My darling cousin Dani got married a few weekends ago and funny enough these two lovebirds met on their missions in Kirtland! They both looked stunning and minus the cold weather at the Temple everything was beautiful! Congrats Mr and Mrs Wilkinson! Dani and Cupcake...

Monkey Man...15 Months

Monkey and Cupcake on Thanksgiving...At the beginning of this month Monkey had his 15 month well check so I thought I should update the blog with his stats and how he is doing! We love this little man so much but boy oh boy is he a handful! He is a typical 1 year old and gets into everything but he is a lot like his Momma and is quite particular! Especially when it comes to having his way and having his Momma! Oh yes he is the ultimate Momma's boy! Not sure how it happened! He truly is the sweetest little man though and we love him to pieces! Here are some fun things he is doing at the moment! (p.s. I promise I do his hair...for some reason in all of the pics its pretty crazy!)

He loves his Binki and say it pretty well "inki"

He loves his Blanket and is quite the snuggler when you hold him with it

He still loves Yo Gabba Gabba and is starting to sing along with it (sooo cute)

He also loves Mickey Mouse

He will sit and look at books for quite a long time and just read to himself aloud in baby talk

He wants to do anything that Cupcake is doing

He loves stuffed animals (especially if they are his sisters)

He dances and claps whenever there is music on

Still sleeps from about 7:30pm to about 7;30am

takes two naps most days

Is a total Momma's boy

loves to be tickled and can say "tickle" pretty well

has 7 almost 8 teeth

will eat almost anything

He is like his Daddy in that he is a home body and is pretty sensitive

he has the cutest smile and laugh

loves to pull out anything and everything

He has pretty curly hair (mostly in the back)

Words he says...mamma, daddy, naughty, sissy, binki, baba, down, go, no, mmm, tickle, up, drink (sounds identical to binki), yo, and gabba!!!

We had such a fun month of October! We tried to do as much fun fall stuff as possible, since the weather was so amazing! Cupcake loves Halloween and did not stop telling us all month! The morning of Conference we got up fairly early to beat the crowds up the Alpine Loop for our annual fall drive! It was early but well worth it! There was hardly anyone up there and it was a beautiful drive!!! The kiddo's loved having the windows down and the music up...Cupcake saying "look we are in the jungle!" haha we kept telling her it was the Forrest but she liked calling it the jungle better! We got a few pics but totally were engulfed in the drive and forgot to stop at our favorite spot for one! We love this tradition and will do it forever! Later during Conference Cupcake was coloring a packet I made her to keep her busy and got a little carried away with a specific theme...lets see if you can figure it out...

Pretty sure she had her pirate party, that was happening the week after Conference, on her mind!!! (Pics to come soon) We all sure had a good Confe...rrrrr...ence!!

We always get so busy during the fall and this year is still no exception...! We had the opportunity to attend a dinner in Honor of all the Past Miss UVU's-UVSC's and also attend the Miss UVU pageant, it was a blast! They fed us amazingly and then had us walk the Red Carpet to our reserved seats before the show started and then brought us up on stage!! We for sure felt extremely special...So fun! The pageant was AMAZING! 20 contestants and it was held in the UCCU Events Center (old Mckay Events building) the stage and production were like a mini Miss America...Carly the new director did Amazing! Thanks for having all us old gals there!

All the formers that could make it! The oldest one was crowned in 1983!! Year I was born...crazy right! I was so excited to get to see my Bestie Ash last month at her Brother's wedding! She lives in Cali and I miss her dearly!

Erin (who is one of my best friends, and Jordan who is Daddy's best friend) met at our wedding and are married with one munchkin and just moved Alabama...we were happy to see them at her brother's wedding, haha yes another one, since they had been moved for about a month!

Last but not least this months annual Bunco group decided to have a Halloween theme...we all drew a character from a hat and that is who we had to dress up as! It was so fun and Jess did a great job hosting! There was a Smurf, Snooki, Zombie, Mobster, Flapper girl, Jazzersize instructor, Biker chic, 80's working girl, Greek Goddess, Minnie, Cowgirl, and a 50's housewife! What a blast! I have so much more to post but this is all for now...

It was this little Miss Cupcake's birthday was this week and she is a whopping 4!!! I still can't quite believe that we have a four year old but man oh man we sure do love her! She is so bright, compassionate, funny, sensitive, caring, always wanting to learn, creative, artistic, musically inclined, and of course BEAUTIFUL!!!

She woke up to Me, Daddy, and Monkey singing her happy birthday...and then we headed down for her to get her new Hello Kitty bike! As you can see she loved it! All day she kept telling people that she got a Hello Kitty bicycle and that she is 4 now so she is big and can ride it!She had Preschool that day which she was excited about, I signed up to be the mystery reader (a fun little activity her teacher does) and I brought her fave book, who might I add we got from my darling cousin AshLee, I also asked the teacher if I could make treats...so what else than some gingerbread people!! This was a huge hit with the kiddos... After preschool I asked her where she wanted to have her bday lunch and the little miss thing picked Zupas...she is so cute! She loves the soup and chocolate strawberries! Then she got to go home and practice riding her new bike, and later had vocal lessons so since I am the teacher I decided to make some sprinkle treats to take along! Oh and the kids in her vocal class sang a fabulous rendition of Happy Birthday!
Next we went to a pumpkin patch to end our day...That is all she has been asking to do for the last two weeks! She loved it and picked her own pumpkin!This is her "cute pumpkin"...that's what she kept calling itHappy Birthday Cupcake!!! WE LOVE YOU and our lives would be meaningless without you!

Viva...Las Vegas!

Gotta love Vegas!!! We had the chance to go to Vegas with two of my best girlfriends and their hubby's. It was so nice to get a little break from all of our kids, (between the 3 couples we have 7 kids) and just play and relax! We started our trip with some yummy Magelby's Fresh breakfast in SF and then headed down...the drive down was probably my favorite part...I have not laughed that hard in a long time! When we got there we checked into our nice suites that Melissa found a fabulous deal on, and then we were off, to what else of course than...a buffet! We decided that night to see a movie, and it was so nice to just go to the theater without kids or worrying about kids! We saw Crazy, Stupid, Love and we all loved it...even the boys were diggin it! It was pretty hilarious. The next day the boys golfed, and the gals shopped! We ate lunch at the best burger joint...Steak and Shake, then spent the rest of the day with some laying out and trying to dunk Melissa by the pool and then on to some yummy Mexican food of Daddy's choice!! We left the next day around 12 and the drive home was a great end to the trip...so funny!! I am so grateful for amazing friends (Melissa and Jake, Chelsie and Lloyd) and a wonderful husband who made the trip so unforgettable!

We had so much fun at Monkey Man's Safari themed birthday party!!! Mal and I did Ryder and Monkey's 1 year old birthday party together since they are only 6 days apart. I am pretty sure the boys loved it and the guests most surely enjoyed it...I was a little stressed I have to admit, due to the heat and a few other last minute stresses but all and all it turned out to be a Roaring good time ;)...note to self never do an outdoor Birthday for Monkey again! I had so many fun ideas thanks to my darling and very creative cousin AshLee who did the invites, animal drawings, and placemat mazes. We had lots of yummy BBQ food, treats in the form of animals, and activities to help bring out our inner adventurer! This little Monkey of ours turned 1 last week!!! We couldn't be happier to have him in our lives! We threw a safari party for the Monkey Man, (pics to come) which was so fun. He is such a sweet boy, but a little high strung like his Momma! Speaking of Momma he is quite the Momma's boy...not quite sure why but it is very apparent. He is saying a few words like "momma", "da da", "daddy", "ba ba". "hi", hi dad", and "lee" aka what he calls cupcake his sister. He his such a character this one, he loves to dance and clap! Especially when watching Yo Gabba Gabba his favorite show. He moves his head back and forth and bounces his body whenever he hears music! He only has his two bottom teeth and is cutting in the top two as we speak. His sleep habits are still amazing and have been about the same since he was 2 months old, 7:30pm-7:30am with two good naps in the day! He crawls so well and fast, he pulls himself up to everything, walks around furniture, and has taken a few shaky steps! He is into EVERYTHING...and I think we are in for quite the adventure with this little man as he grows! WE LOVE YOU BUBBY! Happy First Birthday!

My oh my was this such a fun day and a beautiful wedding!! We love these two, and are so happy for them its been quite the journey for them and we are glad we got to be apart of it. Miss Utah Week!!

Wow what a fun week ending with our cute Miss UVU Danica Olsen winning Miss Utah! She has worked her butt off all year as all the girls do, and we are so thrilled for her! I first met Danica when I judged her in October at the Miss UVU pageant. Obviously she won and then a few months later I really got to know her when I joined the UVU crowd in Vegas to support Christina Lowe Miss Utah 2010 and a former Miss UVU compete for Miss America! Danica is darling and we all knew she had it in her to win! Wednesday night I spent the night up in SLC with Carly for the first night of Preliminary competition. Thursday we had a blast at Talent rehearsals and shopping away at The Gateway then back to competition on Thursday night. I missed Friday night due to our friends wedding (pics to come), and then Me, Cupcake, my Mom, and Sis headed back up Saturday night for the Final night!! We had a blast with just us girls! Gotta love the pageant scene!

New Venture...Vivid Vocals!!!

Introducing VIVID VOCALS...

So I am so thrilled about this new venture in our life!! For a long time I have talked about owning my own business and it is finally coming to fruition! I have taught private voice lessons and have taught dance and been a Dance Director for a studio and loved to do both! But with kids and how crazy life seems to get I have been on somewhat of a break for a few years (other than pageant craziness)...I have been wanting to get back into teaching and my hubby and I have been talking about it for almost a year and finally decided that there is no better time than the present!! Vivid Vocals is a perfect way to combine the two loves I have for singing and dance! These fun performing vocal companies are starting in August and I can't wait!!! A Big First But Definitely Not The Last...

We had so much fun this past weekend at Cupcake's dance recital!!! She did so well and we were all so proud of her! I was so nervous because at both dress rehearsals she did not want to perform she had what we like to call a mini melt-down...I may or may not have bribed her to get her to not be scared the night of the performance. I kept saying "are you going to be happy or sad at the recital??? If you are happy you will get some pretty pink flowers after..." Needless to say the bribe did its job! So well actually that she almost peed her pants on stage!!! Haha it was the most comical thing I have ever witnessed with this child yet! She was trying so hard to do the moves but kept pulling a Michael Jackson and holding herself...at one point she was holding the front and back! We all could not help but laugh and wait patiently. I am sure all the Mom's thought she has the worst parents, that didn't take her to the restroom before hand. Oh but don't you worry anyone that knows Cupcake knows that its a 24/7 thing...it might possibly be a nervous habit and I did take her before! I also asked her if she needed to go afterwords and she said "no". Needless to say we were just thrilled and proud as could be that she stayed up there and kept everyone laughing and I mean everyone!!! I had lots of strangers and friends tell me that she stole the show...as they say in show business...The show must go on!!! This was such a fun first moment for our family but definitely not the last!

Yea for Mommy's Day and Me and the Hubby's Five Year Anniversary!!! I am so lucky to have the husband that I have and be a Mother to two beautiful healthy children! The Hubby and I spent a fun weekend away in Midway for our Anniversary and Mothers Day I was spoiled rotten with breakfast, back rubs, and no duties except relaxing! I couldn't dream of a better way to spend these two fun celebrations than with these folks I call family!!!

We had a fun day at playgroup last week with a trip to the Zoo! We were small in numbers in comparison with other playgroup days but it was such a nice day and the company was a blast as usual!!! Monkey Man loved just riding in the stroller and Cupcake loved the Monkeys and gorilla's and kept telling me that Monkey's were boys and Gorilla's are girls!!! haha so darling...she is absolutely in the middle of the boy/girl phase. For example a cute little story...we were with my Mom at the Mall and walked into Victoria's Secret and Cupcake says "Grandma boys don't live here!!" It was so funny I couldn't help but laugh...Well we took tons of pics at the Zoo so there is quite an overload to follow!

Here they are...our fabulous new Miss PG royalty! Every year I have the wonderful opportunity of helping Terry Marchbanks (the best director ever) direct the Miss PG pageant! I love working with the girls and oh is it work! Well not really to me...chatting about platforms, helping with walking and talents, choreographing the opening number, helping choose wardrobes, working with the cute little misses, and just getting to know these incredible girls, is more fun than work! The actual day of the pageant went a lot better than we expected, due to a change in time of our dress rehearsal. We are so proud of these girls and can't wait to spend all summer, at parades, Strawberry Days, GTU, and other fun events with them!!! I have to give a little shout out to my Hubby for being a Super Dad while I was gone to all the rehearsals and such...Love you babe you are so amazingly supportive!

Two weeks ago we had the chance to go to Disney on Ice thanks to my Mom's wonderful phone skills and persistence!!! She had heard on the Radio that they were giving away Disney On Ice tickets so she called in one day and didn't get through so the next morning she heard the offer again and tried one more time! Yea lucky Grandma Patti she won 4 tickets!!! Of course the kiddos loved it...thanks Grandma!!

My heart has been so extremely full lately! This time of year seems to be always full of reasons to show our love, including Valentines Day! (which I am finally posting a few pics from) I also feel so grateful for healthy children...this past week I unfortunately miscarried a pregnancy and it really made me think about the complexness of pregnancy, birth, and healthy children! There are so many things that can go wrong and sometimes do. We were not planning the pregnancy but we were definitely pretty bummed for it to end so quickly. I love my two little munchkins and could not be more thankful for them and my supportive loving hubby! Everything happens for a reason and we can't wait when we can bring another little one into this world...whenever that may be!

I know I frequently say this but WOW how time flies!!! Our little Monkey Man is 6 months old this month! We are so blessed to have him and are loving how much his big personality is starting to come through! He and Cupcake are becoming quite the little buddies and are starting to really interact and play with each other...well Cupcake just kinda dances around him and makes funny faces and Monkey laughs! But either way they love each other so much and its so darn cute! Here is just a little preview of how they "play"....We love you Monkey!!!

I realized that I never posted a pic of Monkey's Nursery...so here it is! I refinished the bedside table and the dresser myself at like 8 months preggers which was fun but kinda tricky...haha! The bedside table is Daddy's from his room growing up and the dresser (next pic) Is my dresser from growing up...Kind of nostalgic. Daddy and his brother and friend worked hard one night to put up the waynes coating on the walls...also I made the lamp shade and my cute Sis-in-law helped me make the curtains and throw pillows on the chair, and my Grandma made the quilt as a gift! Gotta love projects and family!

Cupcake in her Princess SUNBEAM Crown after her first Sunday in Primary!

I cannot believe that our little Cupcake is in SUNBEAMS already!!! I have been meaning to post about this for a few weeks now and just am barely getting around to it...So the first Sunday of the year rolls around and it was the first time in about a month that we had been to our ward for church, between baby blessings, homecomings, and kids getting sick. So after sacrament Cupcake is just begging to go to Nursery as usual and so Daddy went to drop her off. He comes back and says to me Cupcake is not in Nursery and not even thinking I say well where did she go...lets go find her!!!...Daddy quickly replies by saying She is in Primary now! haha Ok hello Mother of the Year award! She has been three now for a few months but all the three year olds go into Primary when the new year begins! I felt so bad for not remembering or even telling her or preparing her...but being the little socialite and easy going girl that she is none of that was even needed! She did great and loved every moment of it! She saw me in the hall and kept saying Mommy I am a princess SUNBEAM and her teachers and some of the Primary leaders told me that she just kept telling everyone that she loved them...I think she likes being a SUNBEAM!!!

Of course she had to pose in her crown...oh and don't you love the boots (Daddy was on shoe duty haha)

I was so lucky this past week to go to Vegas with some girlfriends for the Miss America Pageant!!! Our darling Miss Utah, Christina Lowe, who is a former Miss UVU like me and my friend Carly (who I went with). Carly and I have had the privilege of helping Christina over the past few years in her pageant life...Carly was her back stage stylist all week at Miss America and I tagged along for the experience! We were so proud and I am so grateful for all my wonderful family and friends who helped with my kids and my incredible Hubby who let me escape for 5 days to have this once in a lifetime opportunity!!! We had such a wonderful Christmas this year we love getting together with all our family and friends...even though it gets a little too crazy! Daddy and I decided that this will probably be our last year going from house to house to visit all of our different sides of the family! Happiest Christmas On Earth...

We had one of the Happiest Christmas's on Earth this year...due to being in the Happiest Place on Earth! Disneyland!!! My Mom took us all in early December and it was a blast! The weather was great, and the park was not too crowded! Cupcake got a little sick with ear infections which was kind of a bummer but we were there for 6 days so it worked out! Sorry for the picture overload but what else do you do at Disneyland other than the amazing rides and shows, eat way overpriced food, and take a million pictures!!! Thanks Mom you are the best...Love you!

Thanksgiving is for sure my favorite Holiday and it came and went so fast this year...which makes me a little sad but such is life lately! We had a great Thanksgiving between my family and Daddy's it was a good weekend! I am so thankful for all the family that surrounds us and supports us! We are so lucky! I have been such a slacker on posting on how our little Monkey Man is growing and doing...I just can't believe that he is almost already 4 months!!! It is just going by soooo fast...I cannot even imagine how time will pass when we are on a third of fourth kid! haha! Well anyway our little Monkey is doing wonderful, like I said he is almost 4 months and before I go to is 4 month well check and get all the new stats I thought I would get caught up on old ones!

Our little MonkeyAt 2 months he was

23.5 inches and in the 73%,

11 lbs and in the 50% and

in the 8% percent for head circumference...haha so cute!

At 2 weeks his stats were

20.5 inches long 47%

8.1 lbs 26%

and 11% for head circumference

-He eats like a true boy! 6 oz every 3 hours
- Everyone says He is the smiliest baby they have ever seen!
-He has been sleeping threw the night since about 8 weeks
-He loves to be swaddled

-He could be entertained by his sister all day long

-He is a total binki baby

-He also loves his soft stuffed puppy when he is falling asleep

So for anyone who knows me...they know that I LOVE birthdays! No matter who's we are celebrating...I love everything about birthdays! But November happens to be my birthday month! Yes I said month...haha! My family likes to tease me because I stretch my celebrating over the whole month! And this year was a fabulous birthday month! I have lots of pics so I will let them do the talking but I have to give a ginormous shout out to my amazing hubby who threw me a surprise b-day dinner! I am so hard to pull one over on so he enlisted the help of some of my best girl friends and totally shocked me...and the hubby of the year award for sure goes to mine!!! Thank you sweetie it was fabulous and I am still surprised!!! Thank you to everyone who helped celebrate my Birthday Goodness!!!

We had lots of fun this Halloween Cupcake actually understood it and for about 3 months prior to the big event was telling me she wanted to be Jessie from Toy Story! The week was full of fun things to do and we took full advantage of them...we carved pumpkins, visited Grandparents, trick or treated on Main Street, had an indoor trick or treat with our stake, and ate lots of good food and candy of course!!!

Fall, Fall, and more Fall!!!

So I am about a month behind on blogging what has been going on in our crazy busy lives so bare with me as this post and the next few to come will be somewhat of an overload but I just can't let all of our Fall Festivities go unmentioned!!! We start of the Fall with Cupcake's birthday and I haven't gotten the chance to post pics from her friend "Care Bear" party yet...She had been asking me for a Care Bear party for about 3 months and I literally could not find any Care Bear party stuff! So I told her to pick a new party theme and so she chose the next easiest thing...(not) Yo Gabba Gabba! Luckily my wonderful Mom after much searching found Care Bear stuff!!! She knew Cupcake would be so excited that she asked her so "Cupcake what kind of birthday party do you want?" And when she said Gabba we were a little worried, but then my Mom said "What about Care Bears?" she responds..."well Mommy can't find it" haha we were dying of laughter at how well she pays attention and remembers things and Grandma said "We Found Care Bears!" We sure had a fun day with all of Cupcake's friends at Jump on It and then back to our house for Pizza and Cake! She got lots of presents and could not have been happier!

We also Celebrated on 10-10-10 the Blessing of our Little Monkey!! We were so lucky to have so much of our Family and Friends come to support us on this special day! The Blessing that Daddy gave to Monkey was beautiful and the weather was keeping up! I feel so lucky to have a happy and healthy son and a worthy Husband to bless him! We had a get together at My Mom's house in Cedar Hills after with soup, salads, rolls, and lots of yummy desserts! Thank so much to everyone that helped with everything! What a glorious day it was!!

Today is the day for our little Monkey to be blessed!!! We are so excited and grateful for him! Today our little Cupcake turned 3!!! I cannot believe it! She is growing up so fast...sometimes too fast. We love her so much and are so proud of her! She continually makes us laugh and have to be on our toes in so many ways! She always has a smile on her face and a giggle and a kiss to share...we are so happy to call her ours! She is a blessing and the cutest dang 3 year old you will ever meet!!!

3 Things to remember about Cupcake on her 3rd birthday

- She loves her family and has to make sure she gives everyone kisses and snuggles every day...she will say "its me guys, give me kisses" or "I love you so much I'm glad you are here with me"

- She loves to collect things for example her Jessie and Woody dolls, her Movies and of course her Care Bears which she lines up and kisses goodnight and says "I love you family!"

- She is starting to get quite the little attitude and determination for what she wants...but needless to say she is almost all the way potty trained!!!

For her birthday today we went out to dinner and bowling as a fam with cupcakes and presents after...She is having her friend party and Thursday so this was just our special night to share!!!

My cute cousin Briaunna that lived with us for the past year, just got married last week and it was such a beautiful wedding!!! We love her cute new hubby Landon and Cupcake was in awe of Bri in her "Princess" wedding dress! The sealing ceremony was beautiful and she was gorgeous!!! She also had a fun wedding dinner a few nights before with Cafe Rio for dinner (their fave) and volleyball/badminton tournaments they are an adorable couple and we are sooo happy for them! Congrats you two!

Dance Class

Wow I cannot believe it has been over a month since my last post! I'm slackin a little...but between dance class, reading group, play group, birthdays, weddings, potty training (a work in progress), oh ya and the fact that I have two kids instead of one...life has been a little crazy! But I am back and have tons of fun stuff to post...more to come later!

So Cupcake turns three next month and we have been debating whether to put her in dance or preschool...and last week we finally decided that she is in dire need to be in a dance class! She loves any movie or show that has music, dancing, and or singing! She also copies and mimics people so well that we just couldn't resist...ok or maybe I just couldn't resist the pink tutu's! So she officially started her first dance class last Tuesday at Center Stage with one of my dear friends Kim Delgrosso teaching her! She loved every minute of it and listened very well...for

Our New Addition...Baby Grahm!!!

We have a new addition at our house!!! Grahm Michael Miller...Born 8/8/10 6lbs 14oz and 19in long! We were scheduled to have a c-section on the 12th but this little guy couldn't wait! He put Mommy into labor Saturday night and after two trips to the Labor and Delivery unit he finally got his way and was born Sunday morning at 4:49 am via c-section...needless to say mommy got no sleep that night, lets just hope its not a sign of whats to come! Daddy had a little fainting incident in the operating room due to Grahm being a little purple from the cord being wrapped around his little neck but all went well after that and we are loving our new little guy...He truly is such a blessing! His big sister can't get enough of him and his Daddy adores him! As for me, I never knew I could love a little boy so much! We are all home, healthy, and doing really well...Grahm is already almost two weeks old!~ Sorry for the overload in pictures we are truly thrilled as ever to have this new little spirit in our home!

First and foremost...we finally have Daddy back home for good!!! Yea! He loved Alabama but he actually got a job offer we couldn't refuse, in Spanish Fork, so he came home early for the summer! We were so excited and it makes life a lot easier and happier to have him home...we sure did miss him! So this is going to be a mega overload of pics since its been over a month since I last posted...We have had lots of festivities and with Baby Boy on the way in exactly two weeks there has been sooo much going on!!!

Cupcake and Daddy! She was so thrilled to have him home...for about three days she only wanted him to do everything with her! So sweet! So Cupcake has been a little obsessed with Toy Story lately and my Mom found her this Woody costume and she would not take it off for a few days...

My sis and I are both preggers (don't mind the goofy face) and actually are about two weeks apart which has been really fun!!! To top it off we are both having little boys...hopefully they will be the best of friends! Home Sweet Home...

I think Cupcake's face in this pic explains how we were all feeling to be leaving Georgia to come back home to Utah!!! We headed back for Daddy's sister's wedding a few weeks ago, and Cupcake and Mommy get to stay while our hardworking Daddy got a little week break from the southern summer work and headed back, but to Alabama rather than Georgia! We are missing him more than we can explain...its been a hard almost two weeks that he has been gone :( but only 5 more weeks and he will be back for good and in perfect timing to welcome our soon to be newest member into our family! August 12th is the big day for Baby Boy Miller to enter this world! We are happy to be home, lonely without Daddy, busy with lots of family and summer events, and anxiously excited for the new little guy! We loved our experience in Georgia, but nothing is better than Home Sweet Home!

We are all packed up and ready to leave Georgia bright and early tomorrow morning...to head back home to Utah!!! It's a little bittersweet, but I think we are all ready! Daddy is going to be flying back after a much needed week of driving home, wedding hoopla, and family time and going to Alabama for 6 weeks! We sure are gonna miss him! We truly have a such an amazing experience out here and are closer as a family for it! Georgia has been great but nothing feels like home other than good ole Utah!

Things we will miss about Georgia...

On Wednesday morning we were lucky enough to go to the pool with Daddy!!! Cupcake loved it...she usually just likes to do her own thing in the pool but this pool day she just wanted to play with Daddy...they were so cute together and Daddy sure does love his Cupcake a whole bunch! A Visit From Grandma...

Cupcake got a little surprise over Memorial weekend when Grandma Patti (my mom) came to visit us in Georgia!!! We had a lot of fun visiting, shopping, relaxing, exploring the Riverfront, getting a small amount of time by the pool, and experiencing the Atlanta Aquarium! We were glad she could come see what we are doing here in Georgia!

Princess Package!

Cupcake received a princess package from my Mom a few days ago and she was soooo excited to open it!...Thanks Grandma PattiShe got a dress, treats, a new princess pool ball, and my mom shipped her favorite movie that I forgot to pack...Princess And The Froghaha she wouldn't open her eyes to smile so we got about 10 of this same shot, I take what I can get when it comes to my two year old though these days!

Cupcake and Daddy were having fun swinging on Sunday...Daddy is more patient than me when it comes to pushing the swing...they were doing this for about 30 minutes!

Cupcake has been pretty mischievous lately...this is the mess she made with her applesauce, while eating dinner, we walked out of the room for all of 10 minutes...haha what can you do other than laugh and take a picture!

She also decided that she wanted some gum...I went to put my swimsuit on in the other room and this is what I came back to, perfectly lined up pieces of empty wrappers and an empty package! Again what can you do other than laugh and take a picture...gotta love two year olds!

So this week we have had tons of fun and lots of sweets with the other wives and kiddos...we went to lunch on Saturday and got amazing service at a fast food restaurant, we made and decorated sugar cookies, and we went to a cute little ice cream parlor! We are still great and going through the usual routine here...We are loving it and Daddy is doing really well!

Being A Mommy...

I had a wonderful Mothers Day and we are still loving life out here in the south!!! I missed being away from all our family last Sunday, not being able to hug your Mom and all the other Mother figures in my life was hard but how can I complain when I have my little cupcake to keep me company and call mine!!! She is such an amazing child of God and I am so grateful that Heavenly Father has trusted me and has given me the unique blessing of being her mother! I am so thrilled that I get to spend so much quality time with her before this next little one arrives!! What an incredible gift to be a Mommy! Thanks to everyone who sent gifts, cards, and well wishes...we love and miss everyone!

Yesterday...was a Happy Day for us, we celebrated our 4 year anniversary! I can't even believe that we have been married for four years and about to have our second baby....so many milestones! We are so grateful for each other and are learning and growing so much. We have loved being on this wonderful adventure out in Georgia together. We spent the morning relaxing and enjoying family time together, and then Daddy had to work all day so we decided to go to dinner! We had a great day and are so glad excited to keep on this journey that we are on...Love you Sweetie!

We just finished our 2nd full week out here in Georgia and we are still loving it! We have had the most beautiful weather, almost everyday has been sunny and 80 degrees! We really love the amenities here at the complex and have made some great new friends. Cupcake and I are enjoying our time together and Daddy is working hard and doing well! We hope that each week gets better...

Southern Summer...

We are having a lot of fun so far in the warm Georgia weather...and we also survived our first week here!! Cupcake and I have just been trying to find fun things to do while Daddy is at work all day and so far that has consisted of going to the pool and going on a Saturday shopping and lunch outing with the other wives and kiddos! We found an amazing strip Mall about 10 min from our place and not to mention great eats!!! The whole office got to go to dinner on Saturday where we got to know everyone a little better...and Sunday was off to church! The ward here is so welcoming and wonderful, so needless to say our Southern Summer is off to a great start!!!

We are so full of changes lately its kind of been a whirlwind!!! This past weekend we packed up the car to take a little trip to St. George for my good friend Tyler's wedding and oh ya after that we drove cross country to Columbus Georgia for Daddy's work! So we are having a fun little adventure for the summer as we are officially Southerners...We will actually be driving back at the end of June for Daddy's sister's wedding, and Cupcake and I will stay home and Daddy will fly back out for a month and a half and come home just in time for the arrival of our new little guy!!! We are having a blast so far and the trip in the car was surprisingly easy if you can believe it! Cupcake just watched movies, read her story reader, and played with her stuffed animals a.k.a. "her friends" Daddy and I just talked and listened to music the whole way. We stopped to eat, sleep, and refuel so the trip took us 2 and 1/2 days and we traveled through 6 states!!! Change is our middle name right now and we are just trying to soak it in and enjoy every minute of it!

So I am excited to say that we found out a few weeks ago that we are going to be of even numbers in our house come August...that's right we are having a BOY!!! I am so thrilled and I know Daddy is even more so! He loves his little Cupcake and is amazing with her but us girls have outnumbered him for the past two and a half years so I know he will be happy to get a little pal! What Dad doesn't want a boy?!? My Darling cousin AshLee is finally about to have her 1st baby...and its about time I have been waiting for one of my cousins to jump on the kid band wagon!! We are so excited for her and her wonderful sister Amber and Mom Jacquie threw her an adorable and creative baby shower this past weekend. It was a black and white themed shower with some fun and creative games that I had never played at a baby shower before...it was so much fun and so well thought out and turned out perfect. AshLee is not finding out what she is having until the baby arrives so we are all anxiously awaiting the big day! Congrats Ashie and we love you!

Cupcake being her usual crazy funny self!

So lately Cupcake has been saying the most darling and funny things! They literally learn soooo much so fast and it is amazing to me what they take in and then how they process it and spit it back out! I need to be better about keeping up and archiving what Cupcake is doing and saying on a day to day basis, because literally in a blink of an eye they change!!! So I thought I would list just a few things she has been saying and doing!

1- Anytime, she is wanting to do something and I tell her the dreaded "NO" or "lets not do that right now" or "choose something else"
Cupcake replies with, "It's ok Mama, 'jus' (aka just) do it!"

2- Another fun reply that she has come up with currently is "I not do that!"
So I will say its time to take a nap or its time to go and she will say " I not take a nap Mama" or "I not go Mama"

3- So I love the Country Band Lady Antebellum and Daddy loves Coldplay, so Cupcake hears a lot of their music especially in the car, which leads to her knowing almost all the words to the songs. So almost without fail, when we get in the car Cupcake is asking for specific songs and one of her favorites of course is the most overplayed by Lady A, Cupcake is always saying "sing run to you?" And of course we can't resist because as soon as it is on she sings it at the top of her little lungs! So adorable...I am still in the process of trying to get it on camera every time I start recording she says "cheese", makes a funny face, or just looks at me like take the picture already...so cute!

4- So this next one goes along with the last one because it has to do with singing...lately Cupcake has been telling Daddy and Me while we are singing along to a song, "C'mon guys say it with us!" and if one of the other of us is not singing she will say "C'mon Daddy sing it!" for some reason everyone needs to be participating!

5- Another fun two year old adventure we are having is if we are going to visit any family or friends and we mention it to her she has to list of all the people that she knows goes along with that bunch...for instance when we we tell her we are going to see her cousin Max she will say "And Uncle Dan, and Aunt Maddie?" (which are Max's parents) She does this with almost everyone...its just so cute how she thinks everyone comes in a group!

6- Last but not least, Cupcake has always been into movies and shows so she repeats a lot of what is going on and almost always knows what is coming next in her favorites. But lately she has been acting out the movies, she has been watching Alice in Wonderland a lot and she will do whatever Alice does...or she will say "Who's that?" and wants the know the name of everyone and everything! I must admit it was cute at first but is getting really old! haha Gotta love the two year old stage!!! We love her so much and my list could go on for days...she really is changing so fast!

The Desseret spread for game night...Kendal also brought cookies and brownies she would be sad that I didn't put a pick up with those included...sorry Kendal I have not posted in so long...but in my defense being pregnant the second time around is harder than I imagined! I was fairly sick when I was pregnant with Cupcake, but I didn't have much to do other than take care of myself. I wasn't working, I was finished with school, and of course I didn't have another child to take care of. Cupcake is such an easy 2 year old but she still relies on us for quite a bit, so being sick all day was really rough! Luckily though I am feeling tons better and getting back into my regular swing of everyday things, instead of being plastered to the couch. I do have to say though that my sweet Hubby has taken excellent care of me and Cupcake the past few months and I am so grateful for an amazing Husband!!! So to catch up a little we got to hear our little baby in the making's heart beat a few weeks ago which was really great to know everything so far is looking and sounding good. We also had a fabulous Valentines Day, or should I say weekend! Friday we did dinner with some of our great friends, and then had dessert and played "Battle of the Sexes" and laughed all night long. Saturday we did a little Hubby and Wife movie outing and saw Valentines Day and then enjoyed some company while watching what else, the dunk contest...haha boys are so funny when it comes to sports! Sunday we were able to relax, enjoy some snuggle time as a family, and open some Valentines goodies, and have dinner at my Dad's house. All in all it was a fabulous weekend and I am so grateful for a day to be able to really put emphasis on how much you care about the people you love!!!

SURPRISE FOR DADDY!!!

Daddy celebrated his big 30 a few weeks ago and I had been planning on throwing him a surprise party for over a year...So it was finally time to throw the big shindig and I have to say I think it was a complete success!!! We had over 60 people show up and the food was great and Daddy was almost totally surprised! We had lots of fun and I think Daddy was overwhelmed with all the friends and family that came to support him on his BIG 30!

We love you soooo much Daddy and are so glad that you are "ours"!!! You work so hard and give us so much to enjoy! You are such a big kid and we love that you keep everything fun and exciting. You have such a big heart and we couldn't ask for anyone better! We hope that the next 30 years of your life are filled with love and tons of happiness!!! You are seriously the best Daddy and greatest Hubby we love you and hope that you had a fabulous surprise birthday!!!

All Things Christmas...

We have had so much fun this December...We have done sooo many Christmas things but thanks to my wonderful computer (which is finally fixed now) I haven't been able to post much! I don't want to overload this post with pics so I will just pick a few random fun ones and call it good!

We had a fabulous Christmas and were spoiled as usual...Cupcake had the time of her life of course which is fun because she can actually understand most of it this year! She was given way too much but that's what it's all about being spoiled by loved ones! We received so many goodies as well but the best gift of all was that we were able to announce to our Families that BABY #2 is due in August!!! We are so thrilled and are scared at the same time. It' s going to be such a change to have two kids but like I said we are so excited and can't wait for Cupcake to be a big sister and to actually be able to say we have KIDS! haha...we are getting old! We hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas and has a Great New Years Eve!!!

Thanksgiving Festivities...

We had as always a crazy Thanksgiving Weekend! We were able to see all sides of our families though, not without difficulty! We had a few mishaps along the way but we did and still managed to have fun and eat more food than humanly possible! We love Thanksgiving and we love our Family and are so Thankful for the time we got to spend with everyone!! (this post is a little late)

We were so lucky to be able to go see the Princesses On Ice show while it was her at the beginning of the month! My Mom got us great tickets on the 6th row on opening night! She always spoils us...well mostly Cupcake...That's what Grandma's are for right?!? Anyway we had a blast with a night out for the girls!! Cupcake was absolutely enamored with the show and was singing all the songs and naming all of the characters! Thanks Grandma Patti we love that you SPOIL US!!!

So this is a way late post...but I had to Thank everyone for making my birthday a fabulous one, which was at the beginning of the month! My darling Hubby took me to dinner and gave me wonderful gifts such as gift certificates for a massage and pedicure oh and of course clothes! My Mom and Sis took me to lunch and gave me jewelry, jeans, and an adorable scarf! My Dad and Tam took us to dinner and gave me a Chi flat iron and tickets to a Jazz game (11th row). My cousins, Ambie and Bri made me dinner and gave me a book I have been wanting! Ashly and Kendal treated me to lunch, my other friends, Chels, Cass, Mel, Annika, and their Hubbies all treated Me and Hubby to dinner and games. My in-laws gave me tons of fun gifts as well (too many to name) I also received tons of Birthday letters and wishes!!! Thanks to all for making me feel so loved and making the whole week a special on...I heart Birthdays!!!

Halloween Week...

Our Halloween week went as follows...Playgroup at Pirate Island, Thriller, Trunk or Treating (pics on Daddy's phone) but Cupcake was a very bundle little Minnie Mouse, rehearsals for pageant I was helping with and then the pageant, date night with friends to see This Is It, Family pics, and Party at Dan and Maddie's! Fun and Crazy Week!

Our baby is....TWO!!

Happy Birthday Cupcake! So we hit a huge milestone in the Miller home over the weekend! Our baby is no longer a baby! She is officially 2! We have been waiting patiently for this day to come, as it comes with lots of changes...for example the terrible two's, potty training, independence, more activities, and us feeling like we are in need of a baby in the house, because ours is growing up! We threw a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Party for Cupcake and invited all her friends and cousins to come in costume for mini mickey pizza decorating, games, cupcakes, and cake, presents, and lots of fun! We had about 15 of her darling dressed up friends come and join in on the special day with us and I must say it was a ton of work but well worth it. Cupcake had a blast with all her friends and family and the kiddos had a great time as well! Thanks to everyone who came, you guys are the best! Happy 2nd Birthday Cupcake!!!

We have had a busy September and I cannot believe that it is almost over! I love the Summer but I love the Fall even more! So we are sad to see Summer go, but excited for all that is to come this Fall. Such as Cupcake's 2nd Birthday (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Party), My Birthday, Conference; and our annual drive up Alpine Loop, A few weddings, maybe a family vacation or two, Thanksgiving, and of course some much needed Family pic session. Like I said we have been busy, so I haven't been the greatest at updating, or posting. I don't want to summarize too much, so as always when I have way too much to say and enough pictures for like ten posts, I will just let the pictures do the talking....(sorry for the overload). I hope that every one's Fall Season is abundantly full of the great things that Fall brings!

Last week I got to tag along with My Best Friend Ashlee and her Mom Nancy, to go See her brother Thayne Jasperson perform at in St.George as the lead in Footloose! We have been eating lots of cake the last couple of weeks! Last week was one of my good friend's, from way back when, Wedding! Zack and Afton were both darling friends from when I performed at Center Stage, they both looked great and the reception was like a mini reunion of all the old group members that I performed with, they are all so fun and it was so good to catch up with everyone! This week was my Dad's birthday and we did our traditional birthday get together, for dinner out and presents and cake back at my Dad and Tam's House. We are so grateful for him and all he does for us! Happy B-day Dad! Also my darling cousin AshLee annouced that she is Preggo!!! We are so excited for her and know that she and Rod are going to make great Parents!
