New Phases and A Long Labor Day Weekend!

I feel like I always say this but, wow did we have one crazy weekend!!! I love long weekends and we did not let one moment of this long Labor Day weekend go to waste! We went to dinner with my Dad and fam, we finally got a new bed (a king which I have been wanting for a while now), visited our good friends Pat and Maryanne who just had their darling baby boy, Desmond, (pics to come later), Daddy, his brothers, and his Dad put in a sprinkler system for his Mom, we went to Koy's (my friend Ashlee's little bro) Mission Farewell, and also have been cleaning our house getting ready for the big move!! Yes, I said move! I will post more about that later! :) Oh and did I mention that Cupcake decided to start fully WALKING!!! She has been taking a few steps between furniture for about two weeks now, but yesterday she started a new phase. We were at the furniture store and she just started walking from bed to bed taking about 15-20 steps at a time. Being that she is not even eleven months yet, we were just a little surprised! Crazy huh?!? Its super cute though cause she is so little, you can sneak a peak of a video of her walking! (at bottom of the post)

So I just wanted to say thank you to my cute cousin Dani, who while fiddling around on her I Mac and with her new digital scrapbooking software, created my adorable new and improved header on the blog!!! She got it to match my background perfectly thanks Dani darlin you are the BEST! Love you!

She's A Summer Baby!!!

So we have had so much fun this summer!!! As we all know summer is coming to an end and the ever so wonderful fall, my favorite season, is about to begin! We did so many fun things this summer between all the great pools, BBQ's, Weddings, Rodeos, Graduations, Outings with Cousins, Boating, Family Pics, and much much more! The last little summer adventure was with my Mom's side of the family to Island Park Idaho, it was so beautiful there! We rode four wheelers, saw waterfalls, some of the crew went to Yellowstone, had pool and fuse ball tournaments, hottubbed, we had a firepit to roast marsh mellows and of course Starburts, (Bri), and last but not least Dani had us all convinced we were all being watched and that St. Peter could see into our futures! Daddy couldn't come, because he had to work and we missed him lots! Thanks to Aunt Steph for all her hard work in planning the trip. All in all is was a wonderful way to end the summer, I thought I would just post a few pics of the last things we did to wrap up this fun and busy summer that we have had!

Friday and Saturday were such Crazy Days for us!!! Friday was the craziest though, the morning started off with my Best Friend Ashlee Jasperson-Fullmer's Graduation at BYU! I'm so proud of her for sticking through school through getting married, moving three times and having two kids she is such a trooper and incredibly determined!Ashlee's Graduation

After the Graduation, Cupcake and I had to go straight to Gardner Village for our cousin Jed's wedding Luncheon, which Daddy was asked to sing at!!! He was so nervous but did awesome! He sang Til Kingdom Come by Coldplay and I always love to hear My Man sing! The video below is just a little bit of the song cause my camera was being touchy! After the Luncheon it was off to my cousin Kate's wedding ceremony and reception! Kate looked beautiful and so was the reception. We then had one more reception to attend, for my friend Suzy Day, in my Hometown good ole Springville! It was so good to see old friends and catch up, I was so busy talking and too tired from the whirlwind day that I forgot to take pics there!

Saturday was a little easier but still busy! We got to relax a little in the morning but by Noon we were out the door on our way to Jed and Emma's Sealing in SLC it was beautiful and our little sis Jessie was so nice to come and watch Cupcake for us! Then daddy had some work he needed to do, so I went shopping for Birthday gifts, and then we were off to Daddy's friends annual White Trash BBQ, which was kinda a last minute thing for us so we didn't have time to dress up! But tons of his friends did and it was hilarious!

Today was a little more calm, but after church we headed to my Dad's for a BBQ to celebrate his B-day which is on Monday... Happy Birthday Mike! Like I said we had a CRAZY weekend but it was filled with family and lots of fun so it was a good one!!!

Baby Bows!!!

I have had a lot of people comment on Cupcake's cute bows, and asked me where I get them but I actually make them myself! I have also had people ask me if I sell them, which I do! So, I just thought I would let anyone who wants some baby bows for their babies, or for a cute gift know that I will be at a craft fair at my Mom's work in Orem this Thursday and Friday! I sell them for around 7 dollars each, depending on the bow, and I will be doing a 2 for 12.50 deal and a 3 for 20 deal as well! 10% of the money goes towards IHC! So for anyone that wants some cute bows, come on down the address is 1165 S 800 E her office is to the east of the University Mall! Below are just a few examples of all the different styles and fun kinds of bows!!! I can make anything you want or need!

Babies, Weddings, and More Babies!!!

This weekend was such a crazy one! We had Mike's sister Alycia's wedding Saturday, which was beautiful and Roman and Alycia have been waiting a very long time for this day to come! They were engaged for a year while Roman went to Law School in West Virgina! But yesterday they finally tied the Knot! The ceremony was at Log Haven and was very pretty but super hot!!! The reception was at Roman's Parents House, and was really fun and the food was divine! We are so happy for them and will miss them for the next year when they move back to West Virgina for Roman's last year of school!

Meagan, Jessie, Christina, Alycia, Lu, Makayla, Me, Cupcake, EmilyMy Sexy Hubby, and his Beautiful SisterMy Darling Baby Meagan and MeLu, Me, Cupcake, and DaddySo we were so surprised when both Maximus Daniel Miller and Conner Owen Lindsay were born on the same day just three hours apart! Dan, Mike's brother, and his wife Maddie had their beautiful baby boy twelve days early! He was born August 1st at 6:02pm. Maddie ended up missing her best friend's wedding and Alycia's wedding which I know she was sad about but she and Dan were so happy to finally have Max here happy and healthy. Also on Friday just a few hours early, three to be exact, Jason and Carina Lindsay, my uncle and aunt, delivered their second adorable baby boy, Conner Owen Lindsay! Carina delivered Conner all natural, yes that means NO DRUGS! She is such a trooper she did that with both of her boys and I cannot even imagine the pain!!! We are so excited that we have two new babies in the family and a new Brother-in-Law! What a fun, busy, and exciting weekend!

Grandma Lindsay's 65th!!!

So Grandma Lindsay turned 65 last month and we decided we needed to throw her a big birthday dinner! We figured that we would make it semi-formal because she has always wanting to make everything beautiful and fancy for everyone else, she deserved a fancy-shmancy Birthday Dani made the cake of course, I put the flowers on it though. Steph cooked the food, provided the location, did the invites, and kinda just organized the whole thing. I got the tables, chairs, Slide show (with the help of Jason, Carina, and AshLee) and Centerpieces, and flowers! Everyone came and Grandma thought it was so beautiful and was very happy to have a wonderful dinner with all of her family! She also loved the slide show and the cake!!!
