Pageant Girl in the Works!!!

So Cupcake is into this whole pose and smile for the camera thing, and I am lovin it!!! For goodness sake she is not even 7 months old yet and she already knows that she should smile at the camera! Now if that is not talent I don't know what is! haha! I'm just dying from these pics so I thought I would share them with all of you! Who knows she just might take after her Mommy in the Pageant world!

BUMPS & BITES

So my poor little baby had a rough weekend!!! Saturday Morning she was rolling around the floor in our family room as she usually does and I was sitting on the couch preparing a lesson for Sunday, when all of a sudden I hear a bang and a wailing cry! Yes, I know I should have know eventually she was going to be curious enough to pull something down on her but I didn't think it would be til she was full on crawling! But, sad to say she pulled a small speaker down on her forehead, hence the huge bruise on her head! She actually didn't cry for very long and after snuggling with Mom for about five minutes, she was back to normal. Oh but the sadness does not end there! Monday afternoon during her second nap, Daddy was upstairs and checked had the baby monitor with him and looked at the screen and she was sound asleep, and then about thirty seconds later he heard a blood curdling scream! I was downstairs watching a movie with my sister-in-laws kids who I was babysitting. So He brings her downstairs and she is still crying hysterically and so of course we are trying to figure out what is wrong! After about 3 minutes of checking all we could check, the right side of her lip had tripled in size! So after talking to my Mom (who is a nurse and of course came right over to check it out), my Step-Mom, a nurse that I called at my pediatricians office, and tearing apart her crib, we came to the conclusion that she had to have been bitten by a spider! So I know the picture is kinda hard to tell but the whole right side of her lip and cheek were swollen! POOR BABY! She had quite the rough weekend! I guess there is always a first for everything and these were kinda scary but, we will all live, thankfully!

Ducky You're The One!!!

So I had to post these pics cause I was just dying when I took them! Cupcake is getting so BIG and so animated! She is smiling so much and especially when a camera is pointed in her direction! (I wonder where she gets that? haha) She loves taking baths and is fun to play with and watch discover all the wonders of life! Anyway, I just thought these were just too funny to not post! Presli you are my little DUCKY! Mommy loves you!

Kaia and Kells!

Kaia, Kaia, Kaia!!! We love Kaia! Cupcake and Kaia are cousins and love each other so much! They play together so well! We all went to the mall and played all day!! While we were at lunch they just sat on the bench and talked to each other, well Cupcake fake coughs, (she thinks that is how you talk to people) and drank "dinet coke" as kaia calls it! Cousins are so fun and I can't wait til the two of them are old enough to talk, run, play dress up, and have sleepovers with each other! I know they are just going to be the best of friends!

Yea, we love Kelly!!! So this is one of my Best Friends Kelly Bentley and she came down from AZ for a weekend and came to visit us! She had not seen Cupcake since she was born and was dying to see her! Especially cause she is really baby hungry right now! :) We went to Breakfast with her last Friday and had so much fun! We laughed and got caught up on what is going on in each other's lives but most importantly she got to see Cupcake!!! And Cupcake absolutely loved her! We love you Kells and hope you come back to visit soon!!!

A. Attached or Single: Very Attached to my hubby, and my baby girl.

B. Best Friend: My Hubby of course, but also my Mom and Sister.

C. Cake or Pie: For sure Cake!!! I am not a huge pie fan, unless its my infamous Banoffie pie, which is just sinful! But I only make it for Thanksgiving and special occasions.

D. Day of Choice: I love Saturdays and Sundays! I love just relaxing with the fam on both days, going to church, and I love visiting family and we usually do on one of the two days!

E. Essential item: Hairspray and lipgloss! A girl can't go anywhere with out the them! At least I can't haha. Also, I love hand sanitizer, baby lotion, and baby wipes!

F. Favorite Color: PINK!!! DUH! I love pink and brown together I think its so soft and feminine

G. Gummy bears or worms: I don't really like either but if I have to choose I guess it would be Worms!

H. Hometown: We currently live in Pleasant Grove, but I grew up in Springville Utah.

I. Indulgence(s): Dr.Pepper, Baby clothes, Twilight series, Movies, The Hills, Sweets, and Potato Chips!

J. January or July: Oooh this is hard cause I love being at the pool and having BBQ's in July, but my hubby's b-day is in January! But probably July.....haha sorry babe!

U. Unknown fact about me: This is hard cause I am pretty much an open book, but some people might not know that I love to read! I am in two book clubs and try really hard to read at least 1-2 books a month! Oh ya and most people might not know that I traveled to Europe when I was 5 months pregnant!

V. Very favorite store: Oh man this is a toughy since I am a shopaholic....probably Target, Charlotte Russe, Old Navy and Costco. Sorry I couldn't narrow it down to one!

W. Worst habit: Watching too much T.V.! I am way addicted to too many shows!

X. X-ray or Ultrasound: Ultrasound! I think they are so fascinating! I had like 10 when I was pregnant with Presli!

Y. Your favorite food: I love most all food! Especially CHOCOLATE! But my number one fave is probably most anything Italian, especially chicken or shrimp alfredo!

Daddy's youngest sister Jessie, graduated early from High School last week, and yesterday we threw her a Surprise Graduation Sushi Party! She was really craving Sushi the whole week so we decided to have Sushi! She was so surprised her Dad told her they were going to run some errands between Conference sessions and told her she should probably get ready and she was like "no way I am not getting ready to just run errands!" haha little did she know we were all at Christina and Darren's house waiting to surprise her! She was so cute when she walked in and so surprised! We love her so much and are so extremely proud of her and all of her hard work! She is so beautiful and entirely to smart, and she is just growing up way too fast! We love you Bug!!!

6 Month Pictures!

6 MONTHS OLD!!!

Six Months!!!! I can't believe that she is 6 months old! 4-4-08, yesterday is her actual 6 month birthday! Time has gone by so fast, and she has developed quite the cute, fun, and hilarious little personality! She never ceases to amaze us! We love her so much and never understood how you can love someone so much! She is starting to look more and more like her Daddy (at least I think so) and she is starting to act more and more like her Mommy! She loves so many things and so many people it is just incredible to see her discover the world! She loves anything that Mom has and in the picture on the left we were at Annies softball game and I was wearing my sunglasses and she wanted to wear them too! She is such a ham ball! The picture on the right is pretty self explanatory! She LOVES food and she loves her high chair! She has been doing well with baby food since she was about 4 and a half months and in the past couple weeks has started mimicking me when I say "mmm" and put the food in her mouth she says "mmm" as she eats it! It's so stinkin cute I just want to eat her up! We love her so much and thank Heavenly Father everyday, for the blessing that she is in our lives!

AshLee's Special Day!

My amazing cousin AshLee Winterrsose, was named teacher of the year at her school in Heber! Now lets not all forget that she has not even finished her first year as a Kindergarten teacher! She is such an amazing teacher and cousin! We love her so much and can only hope that our kids are lucky enough to be taught by Mrs. Winterrose!

Blogging!

Ok, so after spending way too long trying to figure this whole blogging thing out I am finally getting it figured out! I think! This is all a new world for me, cause I am not super computer savvy but I am trying to pretend! I really hope that I can keep it updated as well as my family and friends do with theirs! We'll see though. I really hope to keep in touch with everyone a lot better than I have been! So keep your fingers crossed that I can keep up with the crazy world of Blogging!!!
